BounceTopia Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all BounceTopia Rentals LLC bookings and is part of your binding agreement with BounceTopia.

Summary:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your event qualify for a free reschedule to a future available date. All payments are non-refundable.

1. 24-Hour Reschedule Window

If you cancel or request a change more than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time, you may reschedule your event one time at no cost, subject to availability.

2. Within 24 Hours

Cancellations, reschedules, or refusals of delivery within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery time are not eligible for reschedule or credit. All payments are forfeited.

3. Weather

Weather does not qualify as a cancellation. If unsafe weather is present, BounceTopia may shut down equipment for safety. Once equipment has been delivered, no reschedule or credit applies.

4. No Shows & Refused Deliveries

If we arrive and cannot set up due to access issues, pets, blocked areas, customer absence, or refusal of service, the booking is considered fulfilled and not eligible for reschedule or refund.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted by email or text to BounceTopia using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. Verbal or social media messages are not valid.

6. Abuse Prevention

Multiple cancellations, repeated reschedules, or abuse of this policy may result in loss of future rescheduling privileges.

7. Acceptance

By booking with BounceTopia, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
