π Delivery & Pickup
β° What time do you deliver?
Our delivery team begins routes at 7:30 AM. Routes are scheduled the day prior, and customers receive a text message with an estimated arrival window based on their position on the route.
β οΈ What happens if there is a delivery delay?
Delays are rare. If one occurs, we communicate immediately and work with you to resolve it.
π When do you pick up rentals?
Pickups occur the following day and are always completed before dark.

What is your rain policy?
If rain occurs after setup, the service is considered rendered. If rain is forecast before delivery, you may reschedule for free.
What about high winds?
We may require rescheduling for safety. All safety reschedules are free.

How much space is required?
Most units need at least 20ft x 20ft of clear, level space.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass uses stakes; hard surfaces use sandbags.
Do I need power?
Yes. A standard outlet is required. We provide up to 100 feet of extension cord.
What about water hookups?
You must provide an outdoor spigot for water inflatables.

How do I reserve my date?
Lower-priced rentals require full payment. Higher-ticket packages may qualify for a deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48+ hours in advance for store credit. No cash refunds.
Can I add items after booking?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your event (subject to availability).

What rules must be followed?
No food, drinks, shoes, pets, or unauthorized water. Do not move the unit after setup.

Yes β a responsible adult must supervise at all times.
