BounceTopia Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BounceTopia website and all rentals, services, bookings, and interactions with BounceTopia Rentals LLC (“BounceTopia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

IMPORTANT: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and your Rental Agreement is signed.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require payment in full unless otherwise agreed. Your date is not reserved until payment is completed. Failure to submit payment may result in your date being released without notice.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 72 hours notice based on availability. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or refusal of delivery result in forfeiture of payment.

3. Weather

Weather is not grounds for refund. Once equipment is delivered, full charges apply. If unsafe weather is forecasted, BounceTopia may cancel for safety. In this case, a reschedule credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim will be treated as a breach of contract. Signed rental agreements, IP logs, and delivery records will be submitted as evidence. Customers are responsible for all chargeback fees, collection costs, and legal expenses.

5. Late Fees & Access

Customer agrees to ensure access for both delivery and pickup. Locked gates, loose animals, blocked access, or failure to allow retrieval may result in late pickup fees or additional day charges.

6. Damage & Cleaning

Customer is financially responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse of equipment. BounceTopia reserves the right to charge the payment method on file.

7. Website Use

You may not misuse this website, submit false information, interfere with bookings, scrape data, or attempt fraudulent activity. Abuse of this system may result in cancellation without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All BounceTopia logos, images, videos, and designs are owned by BounceTopia and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BounceTopia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by Michigan law and handled in Oakland County, Michigan.

11. Acceptance

By booking, paying, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
