Insurance & Safety

BounceTopia Rentals LLC is committed to providing safe, clean, and professionally operated party rentals for every event.

1. Insurance Coverage

BounceTopia maintains liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage arising from normal rental operations. Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for schools, parks, venues, or municipalities.

2. Professional Setup

All inflatables and equipment are delivered, installed, anchored, and inspected by trained BounceTopia staff. Stakes, sandbags, or weighted anchors are used based on surface type.

3. Cleaning & Sanitization

All equipment is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected between rentals using professional cleaning products designed for inflatables and soft play equipment.

4. Weather Safety

Inflatables are not operated in unsafe weather including rain, lightning, or high winds. BounceTopia reserves the right to shut down equipment if conditions become unsafe.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide adult supervision at all times and follow all posted and verbal safety rules. Shoes, sharp objects, pets, food, drinks, and rough play are prohibited on inflatables.

6. Equipment Standards

Our inflatables and equipment are commercial-grade and designed specifically for professional event use.

7. Incident Reporting

Any injuries or equipment issues must be reported immediately to BounceTopia so they can be documented and addressed.

8. Limitations

Insurance coverage applies only when equipment is used according to BounceTopia guidelines and the signed Rental Agreement. Misuse, unauthorized relocation, or unsafe behavior may void coverage.
