Do you deliver and set up the bounce house?

Yes. Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and next-day pickup. You don't have to lift a finger.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Metro Detroit including Troy, Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Bloomfield Hills, Warren, Clinton Township, and all of Oakland and Macomb County.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends. You can check real-time availability and book instantly online.

Are your bounce houses clean and sanitized?

Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental. BounceTopia is fully licensed and insured.

What is your rain or weather policy?

If rain is forecast before delivery, you may reschedule for free. If rain occurs after setup, the service is considered rendered.

BounceTopia Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between BounceTopia Rentals LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Renter”). By signing below, Renter agrees to all terms.

1. Equipment & Delivery

BounceTopia provides inflatables, soft play, tents, tables, chairs, and related party rental equipment. All equipment remains property of BounceTopia at all times. Equipment is delivered, set up, and picked up by BounceTopia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Responsibility & Supervision

Renter agrees to provide continuous adult supervision for all equipment in use. Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, confetti, silly string, pets, and rough play are strictly prohibited on all inflatables and soft play.

3. Damage, Theft, & Cleaning

Renter is fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, theft, vandalism, or misuse. Renter authorizes BounceTopia to charge the payment method on file for repair, replacement, or cleaning fees if damage occurs.

4. Weather Policy

Inflatables may not be used in rain, lightning, high winds, or unsafe weather. If unsafe weather occurs after delivery, BounceTopia may require immediate shutdown. No refunds will be issued due to weather once equipment has been delivered.

5. Power & Generators

Renter is responsible for providing a dedicated electrical outlet within 100 feet unless a generator was rented. Loss of power does not qualify for a refund.

6. Injury & Liability Waiver

Renter assumes all risk of injury or damage. BounceTopia is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from use of equipment. Renter releases BounceTopia from all claims.

7. Access & Pickup

Renter agrees to ensure clear access at pickup time. If equipment cannot be retrieved due to locked gates, dogs, or obstruction, additional fees may apply.

8. Late Pickup

Equipment not accessible at scheduled pickup may result in additional day charges.

9. Legal Enforcement

This agreement is legally binding and governed by Michigan law. Digital signature and IP logging constitute legal acceptance.
